Tuition Seba Forum is an online tuition connection and matching platform. By using our website, application, or services, users agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Service
   1. The platform only works as a connection medium between tutors and guardians.
   2. The platform is not directly responsible for teaching quality or academic results.
   3. Any agreement between tutors and guardians will be completed at their own responsibility. Both parties must verify all provided information during the first meeting.
2. Membership & Eligibility
   1. Teacher registration, biodata, and Teacher ID are mandatory before accepting any tuition.
   2. All provided information must be accurate, updated, and truthful.
   3. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation.
   4. Tuition Seba Forum will not be responsible if any tutor or guardian provides false information.
3. Media Fee & Payment Policy

   Detailed payment information is available in the Payment Terms section.

   1. Media Fee will be calculated based on a percentage of the first month's salary.
   2. Guardian information will not be shared before payment of the required fee.
   3. Advance and remaining payments must be completed within the specified time.
   4. Hidden transactions outside the platform are not allowed.
   5. If tutors and guardians make any agreement without informing Tuition Seba Forum, the platform will not be responsible.
4. Demo & Confirmation
   1. Maximum two demo classes can be provided.
   2. Tuition will be confirmed after both parties are satisfied.
   3. Cancellation after confirmation may require applicable fees.
5. Refund Policy

   Detailed refund rules are available in the Refund Policy section.

   1. Full refund will be provided if incorrect information is provided by the platform.
   2. Advance payment is refundable if tuition is not confirmed.
   3. Refund processing will be completed within a maximum of 72 hours after verification.
   4. Refund is not applicable for personal or unreasonable cancellations.
6. Cancellation & Responsibility
   1. The platform is not responsible for personal disputes between tutors and guardians.
   2. If tuition is cancelled due to tutor negligence or misconduct, the tutor will be fully responsible.
   3. The platform may provide mediation support when required but is not obligated.
7. Safety & Risk
   1. The platform only provides connections. Personal safety is the responsibility of the concerned parties. Users are advised to bring someone with them during the first meeting.
   2. Tuition Seba Forum will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss.
8. Account Suspension & Cancellation

   The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts without prior notice if any rules are violated.

9. Policy Changes

   Tuition Seba Forum may update these terms and policies at any time.

    By using our website or application, users agree to follow all mentioned terms and conditions.

Every tutor connected with Tuition Seba Forum must maintain professional behavior and responsibility.

1. Registration

   Teacher ID is mandatory for accepting tuition. Teacher ID must be used for all communication and transactions.

2. Professional Responsibilities

   Tutors must ensure:

   • Attend classes on time.
   • Take classes regularly and responsibly.
   • Complete the scheduled class duration.
   • Maintain polite and professional behavior.
   • Focus on student improvement.
   • Verify tuition details before applying.
   • Teach subjects according to their skills and qualifications.
3. Class Time Commitment

   Tutors must complete the mentioned class duration. If no duration is mentioned, classes should be between 1.5–2 hours. Teaching less or more than the required time is not allowed.

4. Prohibited Conduct

   Strictly prohibited:

   • Unreasonable tuition cancellation.
   • Irregular attendance.
   • Teaching less than the scheduled time.
   • Unnecessary mobile phone usage during classes.
   • Careless or incorrect teaching.
   • Unprofessional behavior with guardians.
   • Changing agreed terms without approval.
   • Secret transactions outside the platform.
5. Communication

   Any issue or cancellation must be immediately informed to the platform. Tutors must cooperate if demo classes are required. After receiving tuition, tutors should cooperate with our calls/messages to ensure quality service.

6. Violation & Action

   For rule violations, the platform may take actions including:

   • Warning notice.
   • Tuition cancellation.
   • Teacher ID suspension or cancellation.
   • Membership termination.
7. Acceptance

   By registering as a tutor, you agree to follow these professional guidelines.

Advance Fee Refund

If tuition is not confirmed or cancelled, refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 72 hours.

Refund Rules

• After tuition confirmation, unreasonable cancellation is not allowed.

• If a guardian cancels within the first month, applicable service rules will be followed.
• After the first month, tuition continuation depends on tutor performance and responsibility.

Mandatory Rules

• Regular and punctual classes are required.
• Unnecessary mobile usage during classes is prohibited.
• Negligence, incorrect teaching, or inappropriate behavior may result in action.
• Class duration must be maintained: Mentioned 2-hour classes must be 2 hours. Unspecified classes must be between 1.5–2 hours.
